1. Credit Analyst
JOB TITLE: Credit Analyst I
JOB GRADE: 07A (Exempt)
DEPARTMENT: Credit Administration
REPORTS TO: Commercial Loan Credit officer
SUPERVISES: None
Job Objective (Purpose of the position): To support commercial lenders and Community Bank lenders in approving commercial credit.
Essential Job Functions (Function essential to attaining job objectives):
1.Spread financial statements in a PC assisted environment.
2.Analyze commercial loan requests.
3.Prepare and/or review property valuations and residential appraisals.
4.Prepare necessary reports to be used by management in review of loan portfolios.
5.Utilize secondary sources of information to obtain additional information on borrowers, including Dun and Bradstreet reports & internet web sites.
Non-Essential Functions (Marginal tasks performed by incumbent of this position):
1.Other duties as assigned
General Description (A descriptive account of how this job is done to someone who has never done it): The major responsibility about 20% of one’s time is used to spread financial statements in a PC assisted environment. 60% of time is used to analyze commercial loan requests. 15% of time is used preparing/reviewing property valuations and residential appraisals; preparing reports for management in review of loan portfolios. 5% of time is spent to utilize secondary sources to obtain additional information on borrowers. The physicial demands: 80% sitting; 10% walking; 10% standing.
Job Standards (Minimum qualifications needed to perform essential job functions):
1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Job Location (Place(s) where work is performed):
The work is performed at the Main Office, Monday through Friday during normal office hours. Weekend work may be required for year end processing.

Critical Skills Experience (Needed for this job specifically):
1.2 years of bank experience
2.Strong analytical and logic skills.
3.Strong PC skills utilizing Word Perfect, Lotus, and Famas software.

Work Days: Monday through Saturday as assigned
Summary:
Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, provide a variety of customer service functions including processing savings accounts, checking accounts, loan transactions, cashing checks, and selling money orders and cashier’s checks. Responsible for balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals.
Essential Functions:The major responsibility of the Teller I, (CSR T-1) is spent performing customer related duties. (65%); Posting transactions. (20%);Balancing. (10%)
Other Functions:
1.Various duties as assigned. (5%)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
1.Calculator skills
2.Basic math skills
3.Customer contact skills
4.Previous cash handling experience or equivalent
5.Successful completion of the Bank’s training program(s)

Working Conditions:
Work may be performed at any of the Bank locations during normal office hours, Monday through Saturday weekend work and some overtime may be required.
